About this program manager gift
Program managers keep several projects moving at once, juggling schedules, budgets, stakeholders and the inevitable scope change nobody saw coming. They spend much of their week in status meetings and on calls with people in other time zones, which means the gifts they actually use are the ones that feel like theirs. A mug for the first coffee of a planning day, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a tee for a weekend project they'd rather not talk about at work. The job title is the obvious choice, and it works, but a second line makes it land better: a department, a team, the year they earned a certification or finished a major launch. Type it into the text box and the live preview shows you how it sits before you order. If you're buying for a whole project office, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
