About this psych tech gift
Psych techs work the floor of a behavioral health unit, where a shift can mean redirecting an agitated patient one hour and sitting quietly with someone who needs company the next. They're often the first to notice a change in a patient's mood and the last to get a break, so a gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee for the drive home after a long shift, a hoodie for the chilly break room, or a mug for the coffee they need before report all fit the job. Putting psych tech on the shirt, along with their name or their unit's name, makes it clearly theirs. If they've just finished training or a certification, add that year or their credential, but only if they earned one. If you're shopping for a whole team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a simple way to thank everyone at once.
