About this receiving lead gift
A receiving lead runs the dock where the day's inventory first lands, so their morning is trucks backing in, pallets counted against the bill of lading, and a constant check on whether the paperwork matches the freight. It's physical, fast, and often loud, and the people who do it well are the ones who keep the whole warehouse moving without anyone noticing. A gift that reflects that lands best: a tee they can wear on the dock, a hoodie for the cold mornings with the bay doors open, or a mug for the coffee they drink while reconciling the first shipment. Put their title on it, and add their name or shift if you want it to feel personal. Because receiving leads often train and check the crew, a shirt for the whole team makes a good thank-you, and the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
