About this research chemist gift
A research chemist spends long days at the bench weighing, mixing and waiting on results that may take weeks to mean anything. Most of the job happens in a lab coat with safety glasses pushed up on the head, and the best gifts for them usually acknowledge that. A tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly lab or a mug for the first coffee of a long experiment all make the work feel noticed. Put their name on it, and add the credential they earned, such as PhD or their lab's specialty, so the shirt says what they actually do. If you're buying for a whole research group, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to celebrate a finished paper or a grant than another round of takeout. Chemists tend to appreciate a little dry humor, so a lab-themed design with a clever second line often lands well.
All research chemist gifts →- A tee for the labPut research chemist on the front and their name or lab group underneath for a shirt they can wear to work.
- A mug for the benchAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee separate from everyone else's during long experiments.
- A hoodie for cold labsLabs run cold, so a hoodie with their title is practical as well as personal.
- Matching shirts for the groupUse the Team Shop to put every person's name on the same design so the whole group can celebrate a published result together.
