About this roller gift
A roller is someone who works paint, drywall finish or a fresh coat of sealer with a roller, usually in a job that has them up a ladder or bent over a flat floor for most of a day. Their hands and forearms take the brunt of it, and their clothes end up speckled with the day's color. A gift that acknowledges the job lands well: a tee they can wear on the job without worrying about ruining it, a hoodie for the cold early starts, or a mug for the thermos of coffee they bring to the site. Add their name or company line under the word, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better team gift than a round of lunch.
