About this shift superintendent gift
A shift superintendent runs the floor when the day crew has gone home and the night crew is still finding its footing. Whether it's a plant, a warehouse, a hospital facility or a distribution center, the job is keeping the people on shift working safely and the schedule on track, usually with the phone ringing and the next problem already coming up the line. Gifts that land for this role tend to be practical things they can use during long stretches on the floor. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold dock or the early-morning walk-through, a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they make at three in the morning. Put the word on it, then add a second line with the site, the plant name or the shift they run, so it reads as their job and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole supervisory team, one Team Shop design with each person's name and their own size is a better thank-you than another sheet cake in the break room.
