About this supervisor telecom gift
A telecom supervisor usually came up through the field or the call floor, and they're the person who gets paged when the network goes down at two in the morning. They schedule shifts, coach techs through escalations, and sign off on the work that keeps phone and internet service running for everyone else. A gift that acknowledges that takes the job seriously. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works well for the job site or a long weekend off, and a mug goes on the desk where the on-call laptop lives. Add the company name or their team's region on a second line if you know it, so the shirt reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each technician's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of donuts.
