About this supervisor wound gift
A supervisor wound is someone who takes on the job of keeping a unit running, which means they're usually the first call when something goes sideways and the last one to get a thank you. They're juggling schedules, coverage, paperwork and the people who need a few minutes of their time, often without the title or pay that fully matches the load. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on the drive in, or a mug they can claim in the break room, says you notice what they carry. Put the word supervisor on it, or add the unit or department they run, and it becomes specific to their life rather than another generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole team that answers to them, a single design with each person's name on their own shirt can make a nice group thank you, and it's a way for the people they lead to say what they appreciate about working with them.
