About this talent director gift
A talent director spends the day finding people who can do something rare, then fighting to keep them on schedule, on budget and happy. Their desk is full of headshots, reel links and rate sheets, and most of their week goes to conversations: with agents, with producers, with the one actor who just needs one more callback. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A soft tee for casting days when they're running between rooms, a hoodie for the long shoots that run late, or a mug for the office so their coffee doesn't disappear into the shared kitchen. Put their job title on it, or add a line that's meaningful to them, like the name of their studio or agency or the year they started. Personalize it with their own title so it reads as theirs, not a generic office gift.
