About this underwriting intern gift
An underwriting intern is usually in their first real finance-adjacent job, spending long days with spreadsheets, risk files and a lot of questions they're embarrassed to ask. Often they're studying for an exam on the side or prepping for a full-time offer, and the hours are long. A gift that acknowledges that first-year grind lands well. A soft tee for the commute and the weekend, a hoodie for the cold office floor, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they'll make at 7 a.m. The most personal touch is their own title on the product, with the year they started or the firm's name if you know it, since that shows you noticed where they're starting out. If you're buying for a whole intern class, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a nice welcome or end-of-program gift.
