About this yard supervisor gift
A yard supervisor is the person who keeps recess and lunch running without a crisis, and most schools would fall apart without them. They spend their days in the sun, the wind and the middle of a dozen small arguments, then come back in to clean up whatever the kids left behind. A gift for them should acknowledge that work. A tee they can wear on a bus duty or a field day, a hoodie for the chilly mornings by the fence, or a mug for the moment they finally sit down with coffee before the bell. Add the school name or the grade level they cover to make it theirs, and the shirt stops being a generic uniform and becomes something they'll actually want to wear. If you're buying for a whole staff, the Team Shop lets you put every supervisor's name on one design, so the whole crew matches for the last week of school. Many schools also hold staff appreciation events in late spring, which is a good time to order.
