About this mcdaniel gift
McDaniel is a Scottish and Irish family name with a long line of descendants spread across the US, many of whom keep in touch through reunions, group texts and the occasional family tree debate. A shirt with the name on it is how a McDaniel finds other McDaniels at a crowded picnic, a wedding or a kid's soccer game, and it's the kind of thing people wear for years. The name carries a lot of family history, so a gift that adds a detail from their own story lands best: a reunion year, a parent's or grandparent's first name, or the town where the line started. The designs come in adult, kids and baby sizes, so one order can cover three generations. For a McDaniel who's moved far from home, a mug with their name is a small, daily reminder of where they're from.
