About this canova gift
Canova is a town name, and I don't know enough about the place to say much about its history or landmarks, so this page is more about the person getting the gift and what makes a place-name gift land. People who grew up in or near a town like Canova usually have a strong attachment to it, even after they've moved on. A shirt with the town name is an easy way to say you know where they're from. Place names work best when they feel personal: pair the town with the year they left, the street they grew up on, or the high school class they belonged to. For someone who's moved far away, a mug with the town name on it becomes a small daily reminder of home. The hoodie suits cold-weather days and the tee suits warm ones. Add a second line for a detail only the two of you would recognize, and the gift starts to feel like yours rather than a souvenir.
