About this laveen gift
Laveen is a community on the southwest side of Phoenix, Arizona, with its own identity inside the larger city. People who grew up there or moved there tend to carry the name with pride, and a shirt that says Laveen is a quiet way of saying where you're from. It's a good fit for anyone who has lived in the area for years and gets asked where they're from by coworkers who have never heard of it. A Laveen hoodie works well for the cooler desert evenings and for a high school or college grad who's headed out into the world. A mug is the everyday reminder for someone who misses home. If you're buying for someone who lives there now, the most personal touch is adding a second line with the street, the year they moved in, or the school they went to, so the design reads as theirs rather than a generic city souvenir.
