About this shawnee gift
Shawnee is a name that carries a lot of places with it: the Oklahoma town, the Shawnee people whose history runs through the Ohio Valley and beyond, and the Pennsylvania borough and lakes that bear the name. The person who'd receive this gift might be proud of a hometown that's smaller than the city next door, or might have left a Shawnee behind and still wear it like a badge. A shirt or hoodie with the name works well for the homecoming, the reunion, or the trip back to see family. Add a second line with the year they graduated from the local high school, or the street they grew up on, and the design becomes a piece of their own story rather than a generic souvenir. For someone who moved away, a mug with the town name is a daily reminder of where they started. Check the spelling against the place they're from, and let the preview show you how the line sits before you order.
