About this braintree gift
Braintree is a town south of Boston, best known for its shopping area around the old Braintree Station and the Blue Hills nearby, and for having a lot of people who grew up there and kept coming back. A gift that says Braintree is for someone who's proud of a smaller place than the city it sits beside, the kind of person who knows which diner is worth the drive and who their high school friends are. Braintree residents often commute into Boston, so a shirt or hoodie can be a quiet nod to the commute as much as the town itself. For the one who moved away and misses home, a Braintree mug on the kitchen counter is the everyday reminder. Add a neighborhood, a street, or the year they moved in to make it theirs, and a plain town name becomes a personal one.
