About this brevig mission gift
Brevig Mission is a small Native village on the Seward Peninsula in western Alaska, on the Bering Strait coast. Someone who grew up there, or whose family is from there, carries that place with them, and a shirt with the village name is a quiet way to say where they're from. The name is short and easy to read, so it works well on a front-chest design with a second line underneath for a family name, a graduation year or a return visit. Because it's a small place, many people who have ties to Brevig Mission have never seen a shirt with it on, so the design itself will spark conversation. A mug suits the person who misses home from a city apartment, and a hoodie is warm for the cold months that place knows well. Type the village name into the text box and check the preview before you order to see how the second line sits.
