About this north andover gift
North Andover is a town of about 30,000 people in the Merrimack Valley, north of Lawrence and a short drive from the Massachusetts coast. People who grew up there often carry it with them, whether they still live on the same street or ended up in a city across the country. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at the high school reunion, the Fourth of July parade or a family visit at the holidays. Because it's a smaller place, a gift that names the town reads as personal, not generic. For a graduate heading off to college, a hoodie with North Andover and the graduation year becomes the thing they wear on campus to show where they came from. For someone who moved away, a mug with the town name is a small daily reminder. Add a street, a school or a class year on the second line to make it theirs.
