About this womelsdorf gift
Womelsdorf is a small borough in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident says home when they're hours away, at a college football game, or at a family reunion where everyone else is from somewhere else. Because it's a small place, a town shirt often means more to someone who knows every street than a generic Pennsylvania tee would. Add a second line with a graduation year, a school class, or the street they grew up on, and the shirt becomes a small story only they fully get. For the one who left and still reads the local news, an 11 oz mug with the town name is a quiet daily reminder. For a new baby born there or a family that's proud of its roots, a onesie with the town name starts a tradition before the kid can say a word.
