About this apartment supervisor gift
An apartment supervisor is the person residents call at seven on a Saturday morning when the hot water quits, and the one who somehow fixes it before the coffee is ready. They juggle maintenance tickets, move-ins and move-outs, lease questions, and the building's unwritten rules about who parks where. A gift that acknowledges that daily juggling tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on the grounds, and a mug gives them a spot to take a break between calls. To make it theirs, add the building or complex name on a second line, or their own name, so it's clearly the shirt of the person who keeps the place running. Apartment supervisors often work long, unpredictable hours and don't get many thank-yous, so a personal gift often means more than its price suggests.
