About this server assistant gift
A server assistant, sometimes called a busser or runner, is the person who keeps the dining room moving: clearing tables, refilling water, carrying trays through a rush and making sure the server and kitchen stay in sync. The hours are long, the feet are sore and the work is mostly invisible until something goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges the hustle tends to land best. A soft tee for a shift that ends after midnight, a hoodie for the walk to the car, or a mug for the break they only get in the last ten minutes of a double. Putting their name on the piece makes it theirs, and it also says you noticed the work. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lot easier than a group text about sizes.
