About this wallaby gift
A wallaby is a small, shy relative of the kangaroo, found mostly in Australia, New Guinea and nearby islands. People who love them often love them for the quiet things: the way they graze at dusk, the joey peeking out of the pouch, the way they freeze when something moves. A wallaby shirt suits a zookeeper, a wildlife volunteer, a kid who has just discovered marsupials, or an adult who keeps a stuffed one on the bed. Because wallabies are less famous than kangaroos, a shirt that names them gets a second look and a question, which is half the fun. For a new parent, the baby onesie is a sweet nod to the joey in the pouch. A mug works well for the person who starts their morning with a cup and a bit of wildlife documentary.
