About this account management director gift
An account management director spends the week keeping clients happy and the team behind them pointed in the same direction. They're the person on the 8 a.m. call, the one who knows which renewal is shaky, and the one who still has to coach three account managers before lunch. Most of what they get as gifts is a branded notebook or a generic world's best boss mug. A better gift shows you understand the job. Put their title on a hoodie for the flight to a client site, or a tee for the Friday when the quarter finally closes. Add a second line with their team name, a region, or the year they earned the promotion, and it reads as theirs instead of something off a rack. If you're buying for a department, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name, which works well for a team that just landed a big renewal or a new boss's first week.
