About this addictions therapist gift
Addictions therapists spend their days in rooms where people say the hardest things out loud, and then they go home and try to leave it at the door. A gift for them works best when it's a little lighter than the job: a soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the office that never quite warms up, a mug that sits on the desk between sessions. They're also people who care about credentials and the work behind them, so you can make it theirs with LCDC, LADC, LPC or CADC after their name, or a line that nods to the population they serve, like adolescents, families or recovery groups. If you're buying for a whole clinic or treatment center team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on it. Graduation from a counseling program and a newly earned license are both good moments to give one, since that title took years to get.
All addictions therapist gifts →- A tee with their credentialAdd LADC, LCDC or CADC after their name on a T-shirt. It marks the license they worked years to earn and looks good under a cardigan or on its own.
- A mug for the desk between sessionsAn 11 oz mug with their name and title gives them something that stays on the desk and doesn't get mixed up with the office kettle crowd.
- Matching shirts for the treatment teamPick one design in the Team Shop and paste in your colleagues' names. Everyone gets their own size, which works well for a staff retreat or a team anniversary.
- A hoodie for a new licenseeFor someone who just passed their licensing exam, put the new credential and the year on a hoodie they'll reach for on long documentation days.
