About this administrative intern gift
An administrative intern is usually the person holding the front of the office together while still learning where everything lives. They answer phones, sort the mail, schedule meetings, update spreadsheets and say yes to a lot of small requests, often for a semester or a summer and often for little or no pay. A gift for them works best when it says you noticed the work. Put their name on a tee or a mug, or add the department or the term, like Summer 2025, so it feels like a keepsake and not a desk freebie. A hoodie suits a cold office and the commute that comes with it. If you manage a whole intern class, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes the group feel like a real team. And since the internship ends, a gift at the last week doubles as a thank-you they'll still have after the badge goes back.
