About this air director gift
An air director is the person who keeps a lot of moving pieces from colliding, and most of their day happens through a headset, a radio or a screen. They don't get much downtime, and the people around them know the job runs on calm, clear communication. A gift for them should feel like it comes from someone who gets that. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for a chilly ops room or a hangar, a mug that can sit next to the keyboard through a long shift. Put their title on it, then use the second line for something that's only true of them: their name, their facility, their call sign, their unit or the year they took the role. If you're shopping for a promotion, a retirement or a team that works together every day, a shared design makes the whole crew look like a crew. Keep the wording short, since the best versions read at a glance.
