About this application internship gift
An application internship is usually the first real job someone has, and it can be a stretch. They're learning how a company actually works, shadowing people who make it look easy, and figuring out which tasks they can own. A gift that acknowledges that first step lands well. Something to wear on the first day or the last day of the term, or a mug for the early mornings when they're still getting used to the schedule. Put the word Intern on the design and add their name or their team, and it reads as theirs instead of a generic work shirt. A hoodie works for cold commutes and office air conditioning that runs too high. If you're buying for a whole intern cohort, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better end-of-summer gift than a card.
