About this assessment director gift
An assessment director usually sits between the people who build tests, programs or evaluations and the leaders who need to make decisions from the results. Their days are a mix of meetings, data reviews, rubric debates and the occasional fire when a score report is late. A gift that acknowledges that balance tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with assessment director on it works for the office, the conference they travel to, or the weekend hike where they finally stop talking about rubrics. A mug is the everyday piece, the one they reach for during the first coffee of a long review cycle. Because the job varies a lot by setting, a school district, a hospital, a testing company, a state agency, a second line can make the gift theirs, such as the department name, the organization, or the year they took the role. If you're shopping for a whole assessment team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a practical and appreciated way to mark a big project finishing.
