About this bench manager gift
A bench manager is the person in the dugout or on the sideline keeping track of everything the players and coaches need, from lineup cards and water to the gear bag and the scorebook. It's a job that often goes unnoticed until something is missing, which is why the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that say they're seen. A tee for game days, a hoodie for cold evenings in the stands, or a mug for the early-morning drive to the field all fit the routine. Put their name on the design and add the team or the season on the second line, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic sports shirt. Many bench managers are volunteers who give a lot of hours with little recognition, so a personal gift tends to land well at the end of a season or a championship run.
