About this business agent gift
A business agent is the person a union local turns to when a member has a grievance, a contract question or a dispute that needs to be settled. They spend their days on the phone, in meetings and at the table with management, and they often do it after their own work shift is over. A gift that acknowledges the job, rather than a generic union tee, tends to land well with them. A shirt or hoodie with business agent on the front and the local number or the trade they represent underneath shows you know what they actually do. A mug for the hall or the truck is a practical reminder that the coffee and the long meetings are part of the work. For a group gift, such as a retirement or a contract ratification, the Team Shop lets you put each person's name on the same design so the whole crew can wear it together.
