About this care rep gift
A care rep is usually the person who answers when things have already gone wrong: the order that never arrived, the bill that doesn't add up, the customer who has been on hold for twenty minutes and is not in a good mood. Most of the job is patience, quick problem-solving and staying friendly when the call is hard, and a gift that acknowledges that tends to land well. A soft tee they can wear on a casual day, a hoodie for the chilly headset hours, or a mug for the desk where they spend most of their week all say you noticed the work. Put their name on it, or the word care rep in the second line, so it feels like theirs and not a generic office gift. The gifts that hold up best are the ones that are simple, comfortable and personal, because that's what someone who talks to people all day tends to appreciate most.
