About this crew trainer gift
A crew trainer is the person who teaches new hires the shift, the station, and the speed, usually while still running the line themselves. They know which procedures trip people up in the first week and they're the one everyone asks when something breaks at rush. What tends to land well with them is a gift that acknowledges that dual role: they're training others while still doing the work. A tee or hoodie with CREW TRAINER on it works as an everyday piece for the shift, and a mug suits the break room where they spend the few quiet minutes between training sessions. You can make it more theirs by adding the store, the team, or the year they took on the role in the second line. If you're buying for a whole crew of trainers at once, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, so the group looks like the team it is.
