About this customs supervisor gift
Customs supervisors spend their days making sure the paperwork matches the cargo, which means they're often the calm person in a room full of deadlines and missing invoices. They know the difference between a clean entry and one that's going to sit on a dock for a week, and they usually have a few stories about both. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic work shirt. Add their title exactly as it appears on their badge, or a second line with their port of entry, their team or the year they started, and the design becomes about them. A mug works well for the early shift, a hoodie for the cold loading area, and a tee for the weekend when they'd rather not think about bills of lading at all.
