About this director occupational gift
A director of occupational therapy usually runs a department, not just a caseload. They balance staffing, billing, and the clinical standards of their therapists while still taking the occasional patient, and their days tend to be split between meetings and the floor. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge both sides of that job. A tee with their title on the front is a quick nod to the role, and a mug gives them something sturdy for the long stretch of budget reviews and schedule planning. Adding their department or facility name on a second line makes it theirs. A hoodie works well for the cold conference rooms and the commute home. If you're buying for a whole therapy team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, a fine way to thank everyone who has worked under their leadership.
