About this director software quality assurance gift
A director of software quality assurance usually sits between engineering and the people who ship the product, deciding what's ready and what isn't. Their days are full of test plans, release reviews, bug triage meetings and the occasional tense conversation about a deadline that's slipping. Good QA leaders care about the details other people skip, so a gift that shows you noticed the title and what it involves tends to land well. A hoodie for the cold office or the commute, a tee for weekend projects, or a mug for the first coffee before the standup all work. Type the title into the text box and check the preview; many designs have a second line where you can add a team, a company name or a year, which makes the gift feel chosen for them rather than picked off a shelf. If they've just been promoted into the role, that's a good moment to mention it in the second line.
