About this equip maint eng gift
Equipment maintenance engineers keep the machines running that everyone else depends on, and when a line stops they're the ones called in to find out why. Their days mix diagnostics, scheduled servicing and the occasional emergency repair, often on a shift that starts before the rest of the plant wakes up. A gift that acknowledges the work lands better than a generic work shirt. Think about the shirt they'll wear to fix a conveyor or the mug they'll fill with coffee before the first alarm of the day. Use the second line to add their site, their shift or the year they got their certification, if they have one, and the design becomes theirs. For a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which is a nice way to say you noticed the work.
