About this executive producer gift
An executive producer is the person whose name is on the project even when they weren't the one holding the camera or cutting the sound. They're usually the one who found the money, kept the schedule from collapsing and went to bat for the crew when a network or studio pushed back. Many of them work through long post-production nights and carry a cut around in their bag for weeks. A gift that fits that life is something they can wear to a screening, a festival or a late session without feeling like they're in costume. Put the title on the front, the name of their production company or their latest project on the back, and it becomes theirs. A tee for the premiere, a hoodie for the edit bay where the coffee runs cold, or a mug for the office where every decision seems to get made are all good places to start.
