About this floor manager gift
A floor manager is the person who keeps the shift moving: they're on their feet, catching problems before they reach the customer or the guest, and handling the stuff nobody else wants to deal with. Whether they run a retail floor, a restaurant dining room, a warehouse or a production set, the work is loud, fast and often thankless, so gifts that acknowledge the job land well. A tee they can wear on the floor is practical; a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the early load-in is useful for the months when the building runs cold. A mug is the one thing that reliably survives a long shift on the break room counter. The most meaningful version adds their own details: their name, the store or venue, or the year they took the role. Type it into the text box and the live preview shows you how it sits on the shirt or mug before you order. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own size, which makes a nice thank-you for a crew that covers for each other.
