About this foundry supervisor gift
A foundry supervisor spends the day where metal is poured, cast and finished, keeping crews safe around molten iron and hot molds while the schedule keeps moving. The shifts start early, the floor is loud and hot, and the job means being the person who has to make the call when something goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic work shirt. A dark tee or a hoodie works well for the shop floor, and a mug with their title on it is a small, clear nod to the job from someone who knows what it takes. Put the title on the front, and use the second line for a shift, a crew, or their name. If you're buying for a whole crew or a shop's leadership team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
