About this grocery store bagger gift
Grocery store baggers are often teenagers or part-timers working around school, a second job, or a long stretch of weekend shifts, and they spend a lot of the day on their feet lifting bags and wiping down belts. The gifts they actually use tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a tee they can wear on a shift, a hoodie for the cold walk to the parking lot, a mug for the break room where the crew takes a few minutes between rushes. A bagger's job is quiet but it matters, since the store runs smoother when the bags are packed well and the carts are kept moving. Put their name on the design so it feels like theirs, and consider a second line with the store name or the year they started. It turns a generic job shirt into something they'll want to wear on their day off too. If you're buying for a whole crew of baggers, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a fun thank-you gift from the manager or a coworker.
