About this housekeeping aid gift
A housekeeping aid usually starts the shift before most of the building is awake, working through rooms and hallways that look fine to everyone else only because of the work they do. It's physical work: a lot of bending, lifting, pushing carts and standing for hours, often in the same uniform they wore yesterday. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for cold early mornings, a mug for the coffee they're finally sitting down to drink. Put their name on it, or the facility or department they work in, and it becomes personal rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt says more than a card passed around the break room. It's a job that often goes unnoticed, so a gift with their name on it makes the point that someone saw the work.
