Proud Instructional Coach Script & Block dark tee

About this instructional coach gift

Instructional coaches spend their days in other teachers' classrooms, watching lessons, modeling a strategy, then sitting down afterward to figure out what to try next. It's a job that runs on trust, and the people who do it well often go unnoticed, even by the staff they support. A gift that says their title out loud tells them their work is seen. Add their school, district or the subject they coach, like math or literacy, so it's clearly theirs. Many coaches also keep a coffee mug at a rotating set of classrooms and conference rooms, so an 11 oz mug with their name and title is useful every day. For a coach who's just finished a credential or a graduate program, a hoodie with the year makes a warm, practical gift for the cold walk into a building before sunrise.
