About this manager assembly gift
Assembly managers run the floor where things come together, whether that's a plant line, a furniture warehouse or an electronics facility. Their days are a mix of shift schedules, parts shortages, safety walks and keeping a crew of people on track when a station goes down. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee they can wear to the plant, a hoodie for the chilly early shift, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room where the coffee always runs out. Putting the word manager assembly on the front shows you understand the job title, and a second line for their site, shift or line number makes it personal. If you're buying for a whole team that reports to them, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, a nice way to say thanks from the crew.
