About this merchandising associate gift
A merchandising associate spends the day making shelves look right: restocking, resetting endcaps, checking planograms, and walking the sales floor more miles than most people expect. The job is often invisible to shoppers, which is why a gift with their title on it tends to land. It tells them you noticed the work that goes into a store looking the way it does. Put their job title on a tee or hoodie they can wear on the sales floor or on a day off, or on a mug that lives on the break room counter. Add the store name or the team they work with in the second line, and it becomes theirs. If you're celebrating someone who just got promoted or finished a retail training program, the title on a hoodie marks the milestone without any fuss.
