About this nurse supervisor gift
A nurse supervisor is the person who keeps the unit running when the schedule falls apart, covering call-outs, handling the hard family conversations and making sure the floor stays staffed through the night. Most of the day goes to people rather than patients, which means the gifts they keep are the ones that acknowledge the juggling. A soft tee for a day off, a hoodie for the cold early-morning meetings, a mug for the office where they try to drink coffee before it goes cold. What lands best is making it clearly theirs. Put their name on it, or their unit: ICU, med-surg, ER, night shift. If they hold a credential like RN, MSN or their credential, add it on a second line so the shirt reflects the role they worked for. Supervisors often get overlooked on appreciation days, so a personal gift tends to mean more than it would for a staff nurse.
All nurse supervisor gifts →- A tee for their days offPut nurse supervisor on the front and their unit on the second line. It's the shirt they'll reach for when they finally sleep in.
- A name mug for the officeAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from walking off during a long shift of meetings and phone calls.
- A hoodie for the cold morningsSupervisors start early and spend time between units, so a warm hoodie with their title and name gets worn constantly.
- Matching shirts for the whole teamUse the Team Shop to pick one design and paste your unit's names, so everyone gets their own size with their own name.
