About this personal care assistant gift
Personal care assistants spend their days helping people with bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders and the small daily tasks that keep someone at home instead of in a facility. The work is physical and close, and the relationships often run for years. A gift that acknowledges that, rather than a generic job tee, tends to land well. Think about the setting they work in most: a client's kitchen, a group home, a long drive between visits. A hoodie is useful for early mornings and cold houses, and a mug fits the coffee they drink between appointments. Adding their name, or a second line with their agency or a year they started, makes the shirt feel like theirs. Designs with a second line let you add something specific to them. Because so much of this work goes unnoticed, a thoughtful, personal gift says more than it might for many other jobs.
