About this photo tech gift
A photo tech spends the day making other people look good: checking exposures, fixing color casts, running the printer or the scanner while someone waits. It's detail work that nobody notices until it goes wrong, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that feel like a small, sincere nod to the craft. A soft tee for a long shoot day, a hoodie for a cold studio or a dim darkroom, a mug for the morning calibration ritual. Put the word photo tech on it, add a second line with their studio, lab or specialty like portrait, product or prints, and it becomes something they'd wear on purpose instead of a generic work shirt. Photo techs often work behind the scenes, so a piece that says they're the one who makes the pictures happen tends to be kept and used for years.
