About this refund clerk gift
A refund clerk spends the day on the other side of an unhappy customer, working through returns, exchanges and receipts that don't match. It's a job that rewards patience and a good memory for policy details, and it often goes unnoticed until something goes wrong. A gift that names the job tells them someone sees the work. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on a day off that has nothing to do with a register, and a mug with their name gives the break room a little personality. Add the store or department they work in if you know it, or their first name on a second line. Keep the wording simple and true to the title they actually hold. If you're buying for a whole team of clerks, the Team Shop can put one design on everyone's shirt, each with their own name.
