About this region director gift
A region director usually oversees several offices, stores or sites at once, which means a lot of driving, a lot of calendars and a lot of conference rooms where they're the one everybody's waiting on. They tend to be the person who knows every site's numbers and every manager's name, and they feel most at home when they're visiting a location and walking the floor. A gift that acknowledges that travel and that responsibility lands well. A tee or hoodie is good for the weekend and the flight home, and a mug with their title on it fits the desk they're rarely at for long. Put the title on it, and add a second line for their region or the office they started in, so it reads as theirs. If you're recognizing a whole leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each director's name on their own shirt, which is easier than another round of drinks after a long quarter.
