About this relief supervisor gift
A relief supervisor is the person who steps in when the regular boss is out, and that usually means covering a shift nobody else wanted, handling problems that landed on someone else's desk, and keeping a team steady while the real plan is put back together. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that flexibility. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly mornings when they're first to the building, or a mug that says what they actually do so it's theirs and not the shared coffee pot's. Put the word relief supervisor on the front, and use the second line for the department, the shift or the site they cover most often, such as nights, dispatch or the east wing. That turns a generic job title into a gift that shows you understand the role. If you're buying for a whole crew of relief staff, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to recognize the group.
